If you do not meet ALL of the requirements you will NOT be accepted.
1) You cannot be VAC banned (If you explain the situation in full honest detail this rule may become void)
2) You must have at least 50 hours playtime on Garry's Mod
3) You cannot have anymore than 20 warnings
4) You must not of been banned more than 2 times
5) There is no age limit on applying, HOWEVER you must be deemed mature enough to be accepted
6) Decent grammar is required, as no one can take you seriously if you type like this "U stp tht ryt nao"
7) If you do not use the template provided your application will be declined
8) You MUST have a forum account
